The Orchard Terrace Pool and the Orchard Vista Pool will be undergoing repairs to the mastic. The mastic is a polyurethane caulking sealant or commonly known as expansion joint caulking around swimming pools which acts as a sealant to eliminate any water leaks from the pool into surrounding concrete.
This caulking will take a minimum of 60 hours to cure. This mastic will need four (4) days to set up and harden. Following the 4-day period, the pool areas can be re-opened for use.
Both community pools will be closed and re-opened in phases.
The Vista Pool (95 Horseshoe) will be closed on Friday, December 16th and will re-open on Wednesday, December 21st.
You will not be able to use the Vista Pool for the duration of the project, and the Terrace Pool will be re-open for use. Further communications will be distributed once the Terrace pool closure has been scheduled.
